It's not all sun and beaches in Far Rockaway. It seems everyone has the "One Way In", "One Way Out" mentality. However, Bynoe set his mind on bigger goals. The youngest of three children, Darryl Bynoe was born to Delores Bynoe on September 5, 1983 in the Edgemere section of Far Rockaway. He started playin basketball at a young age and when he grew from 5'11 to 6'2 in one summer, he decided to take it seriously. In the seventh grade is when he met Rayquon "Stack Bundles" Elliott.
They also attended the same high school which Bynoe played basketball at for four years. He was 1st Team All Queens and All City Honorable Mention his junior and senior year. After his senior year in Far Rock High, he had several division one schools after him such as; USC, Iona, Brown University, Penn State, and Clemson. His grades weren't that great so he had to go the Prep School route and enrolled in Blair Academy. He couldn't get a sponsor so he came back to Rockaway to pursue his music career. Rap was always in him so it was second nature. His musical influences are Mobb Deep, Bob Marley, CNN, Biggie, Nas and Mary J Blige.
In 2000, Bynoe formed a group called The "Predators" which consisted of him, C LOE and Marty. In early 2002 the group disbanded and Bynoe and Stack really started working on music together. In June of the same year, Tha Riot Squad was born Stack Bundles, Cau2g$, Mike Millz, Bynoe and Chinx Drugz. (Mike Millz parted ways from the group in 2004.) With Stack being signed to DJ Clue's "Desert Storm" Imprint, a lot of doors were being opened for Bynoe and the Riot Squad. They recorded hits with signed artist like Kanye West, Jim Jones, Maino, Lil' Wayne, Tony Yayo and Mobb Deep.
They have also worked with many DJ's such as DJ Clue, Pudgee P, Superstar Jay, Kay Slay and Scoob Doo. In June of 2007, Stack Bundles was tragically killed at his home in Redfern projects. Bynoe didn't want to do any music but he realized it was his salvation, not only for him, but for Stack. And now 500 shows, 7 Riot Squad mixtapes and 450 mixtape features later, we have Bynoe....The Man, The Artist, The Leader.
