HIPHOP IS APART OF ME I DO THIS MUSIC FOR PERSONAL REASONS BUT IM SURE YOU'LL ENJOY WHAT I DO................... THE POET....I go by the name PRINCE POETIC 4 any and all that are interested in my name choosing it came as a revelation....like most people my favorite cultural icon is 2pac...but my favorite rapper is NAS...like alot of people i caught wind of NAS around the time the JAY-Z beef started...all of i knew of nas was the NASTRADAMUS album which I didnt too much like...but i knew he was venomous wit the lyrics so when JAY came at him I was excited to hear what he would do...also as we all know NAS murdered JAY and his whole crew...it got me interested in music again...I backtracked his catalog and came across ILLMATIC which is to this day the greatest 40 mins in hiphop recording history...anyway i heard him refer to himself as KING POETIC which i thought would be a dope rap name...but i didnt feel like i was on his level lyrically yet so I couldnt step into that king role so easily...i decided to call myself PRINCE POETIC, HEIR TO THE THRONE, SOON TO BE KING....POETIC....honestly people never use your whole name when they talk to or about you and the females started just calling me POET....OR THE POET...so i answer to both........................... THEY SAY THE GAMES IN TROUBLE HELP ON THE WAY....I FUCKIN HATE THE RADIO....SOUTHERN RADIO ATLEAST....THEY GENUINELY DONT LET NIGGAS WITH LYRICS IN....I MEAN THE ONLY REASON WHY DRAKE IS POPPIN ON SOUTHERN RADIO IS HIS CONNECTION TO WEEZY HE MAKES NEW YORK SHIT....BUT IN ORDER FOR ME TO PLAY WITH THE BIG DAWGS ON MY SIDE OF THE MAP I GOTTA CONFORM TO THE RADIO IDEALOGY THAT BASICALLY SAYS I GOTTA MAKE YOU DANCE IN ORDER FOR YA'LL TO LIKE MY SHIT....WE REALLY HAVE TO BLAME THE GIRLS FOR THIS CAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES REQUESTIN THAT SHIT AT THE RADIO AND IN THE CLUBS, AND THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES BUYING CD'S...BUT YOU CAN BLAME NIGGAS FOR THAT TOO SINCE THEY ACT LIKE ITS GAY TO SUPPORT A NIGGA MUSIC(no homo) I'LL BEND IN ORDER FOR YA'LL TO HEAR MY MUSIC BUT WHEN MY ALBUM COMES YOU CAN EXPECT REAL HIPHOP IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD....I PROMISE IM PLOTTING ON A CLASSIC THAT I WONT RELEASE UNTIL I HAVE A MAJOR BACKING AND A MAJOR BUZZ POPPIN...I REP THE DFW AREA WHICH IS TO SAY DALLAS AND D-TOWN IS GETTING A REAL GOOD LOOK FROM THE INDUSTRY...NOW ITS REALLY FOR THE WRONG REASON BECAUSE 85 PERCENT OF THE NIGGAS SEEIN SOME FAME FOR THIS DALLAS SHIT AINT WORTH THE MONEY THEY PAID FOR THEY BEATS, BUT THERE ARE A FEW THATS HOLDIN SHIT DOWN AND THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT I'LL BE FUCKIN WIT ON THIS HIPHOP SHIT....ATLEAST IN A SUPPORTING VARIETY SO I PLAN ON NETWORKING WITH ALL THESE ARTIST ONCE MY MIXTAPE "KEEPER OF THE DREAM" IS RELEASED...WHICH WILL BE RIGHT NOW...AS IM TYPIN THIS IM IN THE PROCESS OF SECURING DROPS AND SHOUT-OUTS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE...WHEN THIS MUSIC HITS THE STREETS I REALLY FEEL LIKE I'LL CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THIS TEXAS MUSIC...OFFICIAL BIO COMIN SOON....POETIC..............................
